The PeriBest hose pump models F12, F17 and F21 cover a flow rate range between 5 and 1000 l/h. These heavy-duty pumps with compact vertical design are ideal for the dosing applications of all types of food & beverage and cosmetic products such as additives, colourings, flavourings, enzymes, oils, yeast, etc. with discharge pressures of up to 10 bar.

The design of F12, F17 and F21 Food Grade models is unique on the market and focused on obtaining a small, heavy-duty pump that is suitable and compatible for pumping food & beverage and cosmetic products, and which complies with current specifications and standards. The bearings installed between the rotor and the gear reducer fully absorb all the axial loads, which frees the reducer from fatigue and maximises its service life. 

Thanks to the precision of all the compression components, to the differentiated manufacturing process of the peristaltic hose in FDA food grade nitrile for this version, as well as the quality of its materials, a durability is achieved that is unmatched in this sector. The DIN 11851 or Tri-clamp stainless steel connections are ideal for the CIP cleaning processes, as well as ease of disassembly of the front cover and removal of the roller, to aid the cleaning process. 

The front cover and the pump base plate are also manufactured in stainless steel for this version, and the pump casing is painted in sanitary white.
