The PeriBest corrosion-resistant peristaltic pumps C12, C17 and C21 models cover a flow rate range between 5 and 1000 l/h. These heavy-duty pumps with compact vertical design are ideal for the dosing applications of highly corrosive acids and all kinds of difficult chemicals with discharge pressures of up to 10 bar.

The design of corrosion-resistant C12, C17 and C21 models is focused on achieving a small, heavy-duty pump with XXL corrosion-resistant rollers that is unique on the market. The bearings installed between the rotor and the gear reducer fully absorb all the axial loads, which frees the reducer from fatigue and maximises its service life. The pump and roller lip seals are produced in EPDM, thus any form of damage is avoided in case of accidental leakage. The leak product is also drained within the pump casing, which prevents the accumulation of corrosive liquid inside it. 

Thanks to the precision of all the compression components, to the differentiated manufacturing process of the peristaltic hose in NR or EPDM for this version, as well as the quality of its materials and the coating of the pump casing and front cover in TEFZEL^®, a durability is achieved that is unmatched on the market. The connections are plastic, either polypropylene or PVDF.
